DESCRIPTION:Join LPC-S and Living Well Co-founder\, Amy Waters\, for a special retreat designed to nurture those who spend their days caring for others. On Saturday\, October 25th from 8:30–2:30\, Living Well will host a restorative day of connection\, healing\, and renewal. This retreat includes three hours of meaningful group processing with Amy Waters\, LPC-S\, and a deeply restorative yoga practice led by Director of Yoga\, Stefani Caballero. Participants will also enjoy a wellness service of their choice and a nourishing lunch. Massage may be added for an additional fee.
