DESCRIPTION:Join LPC-S and Living Well Co-founder\, Amy Waters for a special day of CARE for Caregivers.\nSaturday\, June 1st from 8:30-2:30 Living Well will host a day to tend to those to tend to others. \nCaregiving is a sacred role. The season of care can be physically\, emotionally and spiritually taxing. \nThis day retreat includes 3 hours of group processing with Amy Waters\, LPC-S and a restorative yoga practice lead by Yoga Therapist Luci Davis. A wellness service is included as well as lunch.
