A Healthier Male: Men’s Yoga Series

Our Men’s Yoga Group, led by Chris Sturm, offers a supportive and faith-aligned space for men to explore practices that build strength, presence, and inner peace. Over four weeks (February 3–24), you’ll learn practical and ancient tools that help you live more intentionally—both on and off the mat.

Each session includes yoga, breathwork, mindful presence, awareness-building, intention-setting, gratitude practices, and guided rest. This group is for men who want to integrate peace into their daily routines, showing up more fully for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, these weekly gatherings provide grounding rhythms, stress relief, and meaningful connection.
