Nutrition for ADHD Virtual Class
Nutrition for ADHD Virtual Class
This Nutrition for ADHD virtual class is for you if you have an ADHD diagnosis, experience many ADHD-related symptoms, or support a family member who struggles with focus, regulation, or overwhelm.
ADHD symptoms are influenced by more than behavior alone. Nutrition, lifestyle habits, and underlying imbalances can significantly impact how symptoms present day to day. This class will explore common nutritional and lifestyle patterns that may worsen ADHD symptoms and provide practical, realistic strategies to support brain function and overall well-being.
Led by Erin Kerry, the class will cover recommended lab work to consider, nutritional supplements commonly used to support ADHD, and foods that help address root contributors to symptoms. The information is designed to be approachable, supportive, and easy to apply at home.
All participants will receive an ADHD nutrients handout and an ADHD meal prepping guide to help turn education into action.
