Yoga can help manage anxiety by: reducing stress hormones, regulating the nervous system, improving emotional regulation, and boosting mood. Yoga is a holistic practice encompassing physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, all of which contribute to easing anxiety symptoms.
Join us for a 6-week small-group series designed to support nervous system regulation through the healing practices of yoga. This series blends education and experience, helping you understand how anxiety affects your body—and how to work with your nervous system to find greater calm, balance, and embodiment. In each class, Stefani will guide you through gentle movement as well as somatic practices and breathwork that help regulate your nervous system and bring a deeper sense of presence.
With a small class size, you’ll have space to ask questions, receive personal guidance, and grow at your own pace.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice with a nervous system-informed approach, this group is a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and breath.
