At Living Well, some of the most meaningful experiences aren’t found on a schedule. They’re tucked just beyond the edges—along a quiet path, beside the water, or in a moment you didn’t rush past.
Whether you’re visiting for a session, a class, or simply exploring for the first time, we invite you to discover a few of the hidden gems that make this space so special.
The Trails: A Place to Slow Down
Winding through ten peaceful acres, our trails offer more than just a walk—they offer space. Space to breathe, to notice, to reconnect.
Along the way, you may catch glimpses of wildlife—deer moving quietly through the trees, birds calling overhead, leaves shifting in the wind. Nothing startling, just gentle reminders that you are part of something living and calm.
Benches and quiet corners invite you to pause. You don’t have to “do” anything out here. You can simply be.
If you’d like a little guidance, you’re welcome to follow this self-guided walking experience
The Pool: Rest, Reimagined
Just steps away, the pool offers a different kind of retreat.
Open seasonally from May through September, this space is designed for both restoration and ease. The tanning ledge features two ergonomic chairs, inviting you to settle in—whether you want to soak in the sun or simply rest at the water’s edge. Nearby, two gentle waterfalls create a steady, calming sound that softens everything around you.
It’s not just a place to cool off. It’s a place to exhale.
A Different Kind of Experience
What makes Living Well unique isn’t just what happens inside the rooms—it’s what happens in between.
It’s the quiet walk you didn’t plan.
The moment you paused instead of rushed.
The way you felt just a little more grounded when you left.
If you’re visiting, we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early or stay a little longer. Wander the trails. Sit by the water. Let yourself experience the space fully.
You might be surprised by what you find.
