Angie Ortiz is a graduate of Robert E Lee High School. She was trained in massage therapy at Stone School of Massage and is also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) Association.
Angie specializes in Active Isolated Stretching techniques that increase and give greater flexibility, helping to lower the risk of injury. She uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, cupping, and other modalities to promote healing to the body. In addition to that, she uses essential oils and diffuses them to create a relaxing aromatherapy for clients.
Her goal is to decrease pain, increase flexibility, range of motion, and improve the quality of life for all of the patients by using a customized approach. Her belief is that the benefits of massage are a vital part of emotional, mental, and physical health.
