Erika is motivated by helping people discover their value. By creating a safe place, she wants to help people explore new ways to reach their own goals mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Erika works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is trained in EMDR. Her approach to counseling is holistic in that she includes mind, body, and spirit in therapy.
Erika is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Amy Waters, LPC-S and Heather Hall, LPC-S.
