Madison takes a holistic approach to helping you discover your identities, work through transitions, manage anxiety and depression, and more. We as humans are complex individuals, so it’s important to check in with the mental, physical, and spiritual sides of ourselves while managing our various life roles. We’ll work together to understand the balance needed to flourish at any point in this thing called life.
