She will complete her 500-hour E-RYT in March of 2025. Since 2015, she has taught in both gym and church settings and is honored to be sharing yoga at Living Well. Stefani offers one-on-one instruction and group classes to those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga or begin their own practice. Stefani is trained in trauma-sensitive yoga and offers private sessions focused on nervous system regulation, grounding techniques, mindfulness, and breathwork.
She was initially introduced to yoga in 2008 to combat anxiety and panic attacks. Since that day, her yoga mat has always been a sacred place to stop, learn, grow, and have fun! She views yoga as a modality to worship, bringing together mind, body, and spirit.
