Tiffany is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed instructor with over 1,450 hours of teaching experience. A Tyler native, she is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School (now Tyler Legacy High School) and attended Tyler Junior College, where she also cheered. Tiffany discovered yoga over 20 years ago while pregnant with her firstborn, initially as a way to stay active, but quickly fell in love with its breathwork, versatility, and ability to offer peace through life’s many seasons of change. Family is her anchor—she and her husband, Jon, married young and built a life centered on connection, faith, and presence. She is the proud mom of Kayelee and Kaden, and a grateful grandmother to her Valentine’s baby, Kimber, with another grandchild on the way.
Her passion for teaching movement began as a gymnastics coach at Texas East, and that joy shines through in her creative sequencing, playful arm balances, and thoughtfully layered strength work. Known for her ability to read the room and meet students where they are, Tiffany creates classes that blend breathwork, mindful flow, inspiring music, adventurous peak poses, and deeply restorative moments, leaving you feeling fully balanced. She often reminds students to “move in ways that make your body feel good and leave the rest behind,” drawing inspiration from music, poetry, scripture, and an abundant gratitude practice—creating a safe, welcoming space for students to reconnect, both on and off the mat. Her goal is to be a vessel—the hands and feet of Jesus—serving others through mindful movement and presence.
