Traci has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and teaching for 2. She came to yoga seeking to add the physical benefits to her athletic lifestyle. Along the journey, she found she kept coming back for the mental and spiritual peace that yoga brought to her life. She brings mindfulness into the practice, helping to create space for the mind and in the body.
She is looking forward to slowing things down, inviting you to listen to your inner voice. She offers space to challenge and explore preconceived notions while providing students room for growth. Traci is also eager to give you a warm welcome and help you feel at home when you walk through the doors.
Traci is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is excited to be part of your Living Well experience both as a Yoga Instructor and as an Administrative Assistant.
