This April, we’re celebrating five years of Living Well.
Five years of conversations in counseling rooms.
Five years of deep breaths in yoga classes.
Five years of quiet moments in the sauna.
Five years of connection, growth, rest, and healing.
When we first opened our doors, the vision was simple: create a space where people could come for more than just an appointment. A place where wellness feels personal. Where care is thoughtful. Where you can exhale.
Over the years, that vision has grown into a community. And that’s worth celebrating.
Join Us on April 11
On Saturday, April 11, we’re opening our doors for a special anniversary celebration. It’s a relaxed, welcoming morning designed to help you experience what makes Living Well different.
We’ll begin the day with free yoga on the lawn from 9:00–10:15 AM. It’s open to everyone and is the perfect way to start your Saturday grounded and connected.
After yoga, we’ll ease into the rest of the celebration.

Enjoy brunch-style finger foods, mingle with our team and community, and explore at your own pace.

From there, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from several mini experiences designed to introduce you to different aspects of Living Well.
