Living with an "invisible" illness can often feel lonely and isolating. In this 6-week group, we will offer support and care for those who are navigating life with chronic pain or illness. We will also explore tools for managing stress, a critical practice for autoimmune disease. Optional 9 am yoga available for $10 per class.
